About Purdue Ag Week

Purdue Ag Week is a series of events hosted by Purdue Ag Week Task Force along with agricultural students and clubs in order to start a conversation about agricultural issues with non-agricultural audiences. The week-long celebration is meant to ensure others can See What Ag Gives to individuals, communities and the world.

Ag Week 2013:

  • Grilled cheese sandwiches
  • Thoughtful discussions on agriculture and poverty at "Hunger Knows No Bounds."​​​
  • ​Ducks in a pond
  • Lots of ice cream
  • A food drive benefiting our local Food Finders
  • Cheap breakfast food
  • Lively conversation about what we eat and how we live
